Tomorrow night the ever brilliant Tubelord will be fluxing out our stage at the CAI with their rock-pop gems and radist sentiment.
This band are one of the reasons I wanted to start this night with John. They are so awesome.

Their debut record Our First American Friends was one of my favourites of last year. Their live set is erratic, exciting and entirely endearing. This show is free before 9pm, which is when support Tall Ships go on anyway. Plus, they just introduced cheap drinks to the Institute.
