We marvelled at the concept which was Rock Lottery #1, just over a year ago.Undeniably, it hit all the right notes with the live music scene of Cardiff and queues formed appropriately.This time its back with more venom and shazzam than before. It even takes place in a new spanking venue, Cardiff Arts Institute..So..
Come and witness a unique occasion in which a selection of Cardiff’s most loved musicians come together for an evening of musical splendour unlike anything you’ve ever encountered.
Expect a Smörgåsbord of genres, nerves and ego’s as 4 brand new bands (formed 8 hours earlier) will perform to win your vote and ultimately be crowned Rock Lottery Champions.
All money raised from the night goes to the Downs Heart Group, a charity offering support and information relating to heart conditions associated with Down’s Syndrome… You’ve no excuse really have you?!
If guaranteeing a unique, colourful, bizarre and uncompromising line up wasn’t enough, we’ll also be playing host to a handful of special guests who’ll turn up to spin their favourite tunes. As well as trying to squeeze in some Rock Bingo (trust me) AND AND AND …..we’ve persuaded last years winners The Party Boys to reform for one night only..winning numbers beckon..
