For me Hip-hop has always given an alternative view of society. Rappers gave me insights into ideas, theories and philosophies that I wasn’t getting in mainstream culture. This is largely because it was grown out of societies which had been failed by the proponents, or perhaps perpetrators of mainstream culture. Ming is a musical force of nature powered by roaring fire. Whether making Dubstep or bass heavy mutated Hip hop, his special brand of music always carries a signature difference – an alive and kicking spirit of rebellious revolution. A healthy disinterest for music without life and life without heart acts as the motivation for tracks that either sound like the cause of the apocalypse or a soundtrack for the afterparty.
