Brand New C4 Music TV Show hosted from Cardiff Arts Institute

Huge response to the Facebook and Twitter frenzy that ensued last night.

We thank everyone who made the effort to get involved.

Now the window is closed for entries, we will endeavour to respond to the lucky winners by 6pm this evening.

If you are one of the lucky winners then you will be contacted via email.

Please note, that we will not be able to offer entry to the venue after 5.30pm.So ensure that you are at Cardiff Arts Institute before 5.30pm.

The bar will be open throughout the performance.

‘Channel 4, in conjunction with the revolutionary new website Bobcom, have announced a new addition to its musical viewing line-up with the launch of an innovative music series, SOUNDS FROM THE CITIES. Presented by music aficionado and Gavin and Stacey star ,Mathew Horne, the series will guide viewers through venues nationwide in the company of both established artists and new musical talent. An innovation in its documentary-come-live performance blend, Inclusively spanning the nation, the series will feature voices from Cardiff, Edinburgh, Belfast and Nottingham. Cardiff Arts Institute is proud to host the first in the series which will feature exclusive performances by Joy Formidable and Super Furry Animals wonderous frontman, Gruff Rhys.’

T&C’s: Event starts promptly at 5.30pm and filming commences at 6.30pm. Anyone at the venue after 5.30pm will not gain entry. Filming will continue for approximately 3hrs.
