Trash Kit
Sorry, sorry, sorry. I haven’t posted anything here in forever. I am a terrible promoter. And I went on holiday.
However, this Tuesday’s show is certainly worthy of breaking my silence. Trash Kit are a 3 piece from London. I saw them a few months ago after all my friends raved about this brilliant band they saw at a warehouse party that had that girl from Electrelane in them.
Tubelord.
Tonight the ever brilliant Tubelord will be fluxing out our stage at the CAI with their rock-pop gems and radist sentiment.
This band are one of the reasons I wanted to start this night with John. They are so awesome.
Seriously.
Beach House = Rad
I forgot to blog about this because last week was, well, stupidly busy. BUT… it was so awesome. If you missed the show then tune into Bethan’s Radio 1 show in a couple of weeks where she’ll have two session tracks from the band that are equally breathtaking.
But yeh, for some reason I have a desire to post this here…
The Duloks
Our next gig is with The Duloks. They’re the funniest, hookiest, ace-est pop band that we’re glad to have as pals. And Mar promises not to get as drunk as the time I put them on in that house on Cathays Terrace.
This gig is going to be MAXIMUM FUN. You’ve been warned.
Comin at ya…
…like Comanechi! Doesn’t really work, does it? To be honest, it doesn’t really matter, because we’ve only gone and booked one of the best flippin bands about…
HOLY HAIL ARE RAD.
Right, so you may or may not know, but I also blog over on the Kruger Magazine website. I’ve been trying not to overlap my two blogs but… TODAY IS THE REASON FOR A MASSIVE EXCEPTION.
FREE RAD MIX CD
We’ve got Decimals playing and John Rostron and myself will be there spinning totally awesome discs from 9pm AND… If you turn up around that time you’ll be able to grab yourself a free copy of our maximum exclusive and most excellent FLUX=RAD Vol. 1 Mix CD!

Our first night is on Tuesday November 9th. Decimals will be playing. Watch a video of them from last November when they played in my kitchen.
