A few weeks ago No Sweat set up a competition for two local acts to support LITTLE COMETS at CAI on Wednesday 28th April, as part of their UK tour.

We’ve had some great entries and after a lot of sweaty deliberation, we finally managed to pick our top 5 solo/acoustic acts and bands. Now it’s time for YOU to decide who you want to see supporting the cheeky Geordie quartet…

LOCAL ACTS: NO SWEAT WANTS YOU!

No Sweat is running a competition for two Cardiff-based acts to support Little Comets on Wednesday 28th April. We’re looking for one solo/acoustic act and one band. Fancy it? Of course you do! Here’s how it will work…

i) Email a myspace link to Gem at gem.c.white@gmail.com, with either ‘Little Comets competition – Solo’ or ‘Little Comets competition – Band’ in the subject line of the email. Depending on whether you’re a solo act or a band, yeah?! If you don’t have a myspace page, then a Facebook fan page or a Last.fm link will do. Basically, we need to hear your stuff!

CLOSING DATE FOR ENTRIES: FRIDAY 2nd APRIL

ii) CAI promoters will pick the top 5 solo/acoustic acts and the top 5 bands. Polls will be set up on the CAI website so that your adoring fans can vote for you to support Little Comets!

VOTING WILL CLOSE: FRIDAY 16th APRIL

iii) The winners of the solo/acoustic and band voting polls will be announced and you shall support Little Comets! Each act will be given some guest-list places as thanks to their voters.

RULES:
You need to be Cardiff-based to enter the competition.
You MUST be available to play on WEDNESDAY 28th APRIL
CAI promoters are not open to bribes!
