Really excited for the new Fridays we’ve got lined up from May andjust wanted to let you all know a little bit about one of the acts we’re bringing down for the launch party on May 7th. Baobinga & ID are a pair who have really helped to push the Bass music scene with their definitive Bass Music Blog but also happen to be two of the best producer / DJs in the business. From their Breaks roots through to their current mix of Tropical beats, Dubstep, Robo Crunk and DnB they have been consistently on top of their game. They’ve provided some fantastic remixes for the likes of Wu Tang Clan, Dylan Rhymes, L Vis 1990, Reso and Ursula 1000 as well as their own prolific output as solo artists and as a duo (plus Baobinga also releases music under his Skinnz alias and is half of Body Snatchers with Dubstep don Ginz). In the spirit of their music blog, their latest album is available for free download here and here’s a little preview mix of four tracks from the Album.
